Description:
The raising machine G24 is controlled by PLC, with operator interface by Color Touch Screen and inverters controlled. Machine can process any kind of fabrics from natural or synthetic fibres and is available with 24, 28, 30 and 36 raising rollers, widths from mm.1800 to mm.3600; The machine has metallic cleaning brushes in synchronization with the drum; The metallic brushes are use for cleaning and sharpening of the raising fillet and allow raising fillets last longer.

Description:
CORDUROY BLADES SHARPENING MACHINE;
The AFFI X model machine is used to grind and to sharp knives for cutting corduroy fabrics;
Two special hard diamond-coated grinding wheels turn at high speed to obtain an excellent knife sharpness.
The fine adjustment of the contact on the knife is done by the means of centesimal
positioning screws and a pneumatic system will perform a cycle in steps.
The machine is equipped with a device for the positioning, clamping and quick release of the knife.

Description:
Corduroy wet brushing machine.
This machine can brush all kind of corduroy, special cross brushes belts are installed at the bottom and rotary brushes are in the top of the machine; Spring water system let's to wet the fabrics constantly during the process. The water is recycled by an automatic filter unit.

To develop a good quality corduroy,
the wet brushing is the most important step in all corduroy finishing process.
Due to the water that swells the natural fibers, the brush action is much more effective;

The dry brush is usually done when a final combing effect is required from customers who want to present the product with an appearance of high quality in elegant and regular form.
Many customers wants a tumbler finishing effect, where a ruffled appearance is done, in this case the dry brushing is not required.

AL1 is a spreading unit that facilitates distension of the fabric thanks to two scroll rollers which rotate in the opposite direction of the fabric. The angle of incidence of the two rollers can be adjusted at 360°.

This machine is designed for all machines who needs to rolling up any type of woven, no-woven or knitted fabrics .
