RAISING MACHINE DOUBLE DRUM [2G28 ]
RAISING MACHINE DOUBLE DRUM [2G28 ]
Description:
HIGH SPEED DOUBLE DRUM RAISING MACHINE
The 2G28 raising machine has been recently renewed and equipped with the latest components and knowledges.
In the 2G28 machine, the main objective was to create a versatile and complete machine, capable of facing and therefore
facilitating all the problems related to the raising process of all types of fabrics.
The design of the new range of our raising machines, was carried out according to the most modern design methods,
thus allowing the creation of a product that, on the market, is placed in the range of high performance machines.
This machine is suitable for Knits in open width and tubolar form.

DUST CLEANING BRUSHING MACHINES
Description:
LINT/ DUST REMOVAL MACHINE
High power brushing machines suitable for all fabric cleaning operations, where traditional brushes can not obtain positive effects.
Clean using ionizing air flow technology.
Neutralizes Surface Charges
The machine is equipped with 4 high pressure air-blades, each one with individual motor-fan;
Each air-blade has one ionized bar to ionize the air flow blowing on fabrics.
This system remove the static from fabrics making easy to remove surface particles dust.
Individual motor for each brush;
4 sets of nylon hair brushes made of helical bristles shape;
2 High pressure motor fan for air-blades;
4 set of high pressure air-blades;
4 ionized bars positioned inside the air-blades;
Windows for easy access inside the machine;
Load cell or dancing roller for tension control of fabrics;
Electric panel with inverters control for fabric pulling and speed of brushes;
Batching roller at outlet;
Complete suction unit, with motor-fan and filter bags ;
LASER ENGRAVING MACHINE [ZEUS]
LASER ENGRAVING MACHINE [ZEUS]
Description:
LASER ENGRAVING MACHINE FOR PRINTING ROTARY SCREENS
& FLEXOGRAPHIC ROLLERS AND SLEEVES
DIRECT LASER ENGRAVING SYSTEM
Laser engraving machine
The laser engraving machine has two main parts: a laser source and a controller system. The beam emitted from the laser allows the controller to trace patterns onto the surface of the roller. The controller (computer) controls the direction, intensity, speed of movement, and spread of the laser beam aimed at the surface. The point where the laser beam touches the surface of the roller should be on the focal plane of the laser’s optical system, and is usually synonymous with its focal point. This point is typically small, less than a fraction of a millimeter (depending on the optical wavelength). Only the area inside this focal point is significantly affected when the laser beam passes over the surface. The energy delivered by the laser changes the surface of the material under the focal point. This is how material is removed from the surface to create an engraving. The surface material is vaporized during laser engraving, ventilation through the use of blowers and a vacuum pump that are required to remove the fumes arising from this process, and for removal of debris on the surface to allow the laser to continue engraving. The speed at which the beam moves across the material is also considered in creating engraving patterns. Changing the intensity and spread of the beam allows more flexibility in the design. For example, by changing the proportion of time (known as “duty-cycle”) the laser is turned on during each pulse, the power delivered to the engraving surface can be controlled appropriately for the material.
