Description:
LINT/ DUST REMOVAL MACHINE
This brushing/cleaning machines is an efficient group easily applicable in front of any machine or stand alone.
Four brushes are working at the same time on the front and on the back of the fabric to assure the maximum efficiency.
The type of brushes depend from the kind of fabric processed. Its small dimension let it to be suitable for different applications.
The contact of the brushes to the fabric can be easily adjusted by the means of an electric actuators.
In the bottom of the machine a special electronic sensor, let’s the fabrics lay in a cradle without tension before the entry of the fabrics in to the machine.
Special hoods on the bottom of the machine’s frame lets the suction air catch all the dust from the beating/brushing process;
The air is collected to a separate suction fan with filter unit. The machine can be delivered with the follow additional parts:
Electric control panel complete of: general power switch, power on light, start /stop brushes, start/stop suction, inverter for the motor of the brushes,
speed adjusting potentiometer, display for brush speed, switch for brush position, fuses, emergency button stop circuit.

This brushing/cleaning machines is a COMBINATION of three actions:
beating / brushing / sucking.
Beating is made by beaters rollers and brush by the means of brush rollers,
sucking is made from an efficient air sucking system that catch the removed dust / lint and collect them to an external filter unit.
Brushes and beaters rollers are working at the same time on front and on back sideof the fabric to assure the maximum cleaning efficiency.
The entire units is made of mild-steel.
Some parts for their particular constitution and function, are galvanized coating and the frames are treated with epoxy paints.
Additional air blades can be installed in the machine; The air blades are blowing ionised high air pressure that let's the stubborn static dust to be roved easily from fabric surface.

CORDUROY BLADES SHARPENING MACHINE;
The AFFI X model machine is used to grind and to sharp knives for cutting corduroy fabrics;
Two special hard diamond-coated grinding wheels turn at high speed to obtain an excellent knife sharpness.
The fine adjustment of the contact on the knife is done by the means of centesimal
positioning screws and a pneumatic system will perform a cycle in steps.
The machine is equipped with a device for the positioning, clamping and quick release of the knife.
